(Nashville, TN) — The Titans are meeting with a Tennessee Vols quarterback. Aaron Wilson with K-P-R-C-2 reports the team will host Hendon Hooker for an official visit this week. The QB is coming off an ACL tear and is expected back for the start of the season. Wilson says the Colts, Giants, Buccaneers and Texans are also scheduling a meeting with Hooker. The Titans have the 11th pick in April’s draft.

(Anaheim, CA) — The Predators recovered after blowing a late lead and edged the Ducks 5-4 in overtime. The Preds were ahead 4-2 with less than three minutes left to play until Anaheim scored twice to send the game to OT. They’ll host the Red Wings tomorrow night.

(Avondale, AZ) — Will Byron is celebrating back-to-back NASCAR Cup Series wins following a victory at Phoenix Raceway for the United Rentals Work United 500. The driver of the Number-24 car took home the checkered flag after the race went into overtime. Ryan Blaney, Tyler Reddick, Kyle Larson and Kevin Harvick rounded out the top five finishers in Avondale. The racers will duel in the Peach State next weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Ambetter Health 400.

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) — Scottie Scheffler is celebrating a victory at TPC Sawgrass after winning the 2023 Players Championship. Scheffler finished the tournament atop the leaderboard by a healthy margin. The 26-year-old finished five strokes ahead of the field at 17 under par. This is Scheffler’s second win and fifth top-five finish of the season. Tyrrell Hatton came in second-place at 12 under after shooting a 65 in the final round.
